Information You Provide Directly

Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or home address, when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, schedule an in-home showing, or sign up for our newsletter.
Purchase and order information, including rugs purchased, delivery address, and payment information processed through our point-of-sale or payment processor (we do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems).
Information you provide when requesting rug cleaning or repair services, including a description or photos of the item and details about the damage or service needed.
Messages and information you share when chatting with our RugBaba chatbot on our website or through Facebook/Instagram Messenger, including your name, contact information, room dimensions, budget range, and style preferences, where you choose to share them.
Information provided if you register as an interior designer or trade professional, including your firm name, phone, email, and resale tax ID.
Any information you voluntarily provide when corresponding with us by phone, email, or in person, including for customer service or warranty purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

Device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and time spent on our site, collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Analytics information collected through tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which help us understand how visitors use our website.
Advertising identifiers collected through tools such as the Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels, used to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms.

Information from Third Parties

Information from our customer relationship management and marketing automation platform (Eazee.app, built on GoHighLevel), which we use to manage inquiries, appointments, and communications.
Information from payment processors when you make a purchase or pay a deposit.
Information from our advertising partners (Google, Meta) related to ad campaign performance, generally in aggregated or anonymized form.
Information shared with us by our affiliated company, Peace Rugs LLC, when you engage with Peace Rugs and your request involves an Alyshaan service such as rug cleaning, repair, or viewing in-stock inventory (see Section 6, “Affiliated Companies”).

Alyshaan Fine Rugs LLC and Peace Rugs LLC are affiliated, family-operated businesses. Peace Rugs is our dedicated custom rug design brand, and certain services — including rug cleaning, repair, and viewing our in-stock inventory — are provided through Alyshaan.

If you engage with Peace Rugs regarding one of these specific services, your relevant contact and request information may be shared between Alyshaan Fine Rugs LLC and Peace Rugs LLC solely to fulfill your request. Each company remains responsible for how it independently uses and protects your information consistent with its own privacy policy.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our CRM/marketing platform (Eazee.app), payment processors, delivery and installation partners, and website hosting providers.
Our affiliated company, Peace Rugs LLC, as described in Section 6.
Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta), generally in aggregated or pseudonymized form for the purposes described in Section 2.
Professional advisors, such as our accountants or attorneys, where necessary.
