How We Do It
Our Working Process
At our cleaning facility your rug will undergo a 9 step process.
- Inspect area rug for stains and damage.
- Prepare the rug for cleaning based on the initial inspection.
- Remove all dust and debris during our dusting and badgering process.
- Hand wash and rinse the area rug in our custom build 400 sqft washpit.
- Flush the area rug using our state of the art flushing system which runs on average 1,000 gallons of water through the rug.
- Extract any excess water with our custom state of the art centrifuge.
- Hang the rug to dry in our temperature controlled dehumidified dry room.
- Brush the pile and fringe
- Perform the final inspection before contacting the client for delivery or pickup.
